Summary of Role
The Director of Enterprise Onboarding is responsible for leading and optimizing the partner onboarding experience, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and long-term growth of strategic partnerships. This role oversees onboarding programs for enterprise partners, develops scalable enablement strategies, and collaborates cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales leadership to deliver a seamless onboarding journey.
The ideal candidate is a strong people leader, process builder, and relationship manager who can balance operational excellence with strategic partner engagement. This individual will drive onboarding effectiveness, accelerate time-to-value, and ensure customers are positioned for long-term success and growth.
Responsibilities
Partner Onboarding Leadership
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end partner onboarding process, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for new Enterprise partners.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve onboarding strategies, workflows, and best practices.
- Establish performance metrics and reporting to measure onboarding effectiveness, partner readiness, and adoption.
Enterprise Partner Enablement
- Manage onboarding initiatives for enterprise-level partnerships, including customized implementation plans and training programs.
- Design and deliver tailored training that ensure partners fully understand company processes, platform capabilities, and digital solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor during onboarding, helping partners achieve successful adoption and measurable business outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business Development teams to ensure seamless onboarding execution and issue resolution.
- Act as the primary liaison between onboarding teams and internal stakeholders to align priorities, timelines, and partner expectations.
- Identify process gaps and advocate for enhancements that improve onboarding efficiency and partner outcomes.
Partner Growth & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development leadership to support partner growth, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Gather and analyze partner feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights and feedback to the Product team to enhance software functionality, usability, and overall partner experience.
- Champion a customer-centric approach to onboarding and partner success across the organization.
- Focus on Key Performance Indicators to track success, such as partner adoption and software utilization
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise customer onboarding programs, implementations, or strategic partner enablement initiatives.
- Experience working with complex enterprise customers, including executive stakeholders and cross-functional decision-makers.
- Proven track record of developing scalable onboarding processes, frameworks, and operational best practices.
- Ability to influence and drive alignment across multiple departments and levels of the organization.
- Experience leading organizational change, managing competing priorities, and driving process improvements.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and ecosystems, including but not limited to The Trade Desk, Google, and Meta.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong consultative, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage escalations and navigate complex business challenges.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
Location Information

Team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.
Compensation
Compensation for this role is a combination of salary, commission and bonus, targeting a total annual compensation range of $120,000 – $140,000+. The salary range is $90,000 – $110,000 annually, depending on experience.
