Preceding his VP role, Christopher was the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for both The Denver Post and its parent company, Digital First Media. As the FP&A lead within DFM, Christopher headed efforts to consolidate financial information across multiple networks, led planning analysis for all revenue and expense cycles, managed start-to-finish budget processes, designed the general ledger to account for new sales strategies, captained all pro formas for company-wide initiatives, and liaised between the various department heads and the executive committee. Before his director role, Christopher was corporate finance’s Financial Analyst at MediaNews Group. In his corporate role, he was responsible for all corporate reporting, revenue and expense projections, and the majority of ad hoc reporting, as well as being vital player in the operating, capital, and corporate budget process.

James started coding professionally in the late 90s, building Cold Fusion apps during the tech boom. Now, with over 20 years in the industry, James has a breadth of experience building scalable web solutions across the front and back end spectrum and over the past 10 years has focused his career on service-oriented architecture and managing engineering teams and processes.

James proudly and honorably served in the United State Armed Forces, achieving the rank of E5 in the United States Navy, and studied Computer Science Engineering at CU Boulder. He loves friends, family, and cats and enjoys reading, playing guitar, and gaming with his son in his spare time.

Addy Earles is the Vice President of Sales at AdCellerant.  Addy joined the AdCellerant team in April 2019 to spearhead internal and external training strategies and improve client success and satisfaction. Prior to joining AdCellerant, Addy was the Director of Digital Revenue for Schurz Communication, Inc. where she was responsible for growing and overseeing digital revenue for over 20 media properties. Addy joined the Schurz Corporate team in 2013 to help expand and manage the digital footprint beyond their O&O properties.  She worked with digital sellers and properties across the country coaching and supporting media outlets in their digital ventures.

Previously, Addy held roles as a Digital Sales Manager for WSBT, a formerly-owned Schurz television station, for 5 years.  During her tenure with the station, she was responsible for triple-digit digital growth and developing a stand-alone digital sales team.  Before entering management, Addy was an Account Executive for WRTV and WXIN in Indianapolis, where she sold television and digital products to direct accounts and agencies.  She got her start as a Media Buyer at the Indianapolis based agency, St. Claire Group.

Addy is a graduate of Butler University and is a proud Bulldog alumna.  In her spare time, Addy enjoys flying airplanes and learning as much about the aviation world as possible.  She resides in Evansville, Indiana, with her husband, Jeremy, and 5-year-old daughter, Amelia.
