Summary of Role
The Senior Vice President, Partner Growth & Success is an executive leader responsible for shaping the overarching vision, organizational strategy, and commercial execution of our partner ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, the SVP will drive business transformations and lead a high-performing sales organization of Vice Presidents, pod leaders, and account strategists.
As a primary culture carrier and key voice in executive leadership meetings, this role balances macro-level market strategy with rigorous operational discipline. The ideal candidate is a proactive master of relationship-building who can secure confidence with C-teams at our top partner accounts, scale revenue, and maintain flawless execution across the sales funnel.
Responsibilities
Executive Strategy & Organizational Leadership
- Shape Enterprise Strategy: Formulate and execute long-term strategic plans that influence the broader organization’s trajectory beyond the immediate partner growth department.
- Executive Voice: Serve as a key contributor in executive leadership and board meetings, guiding the company’s proactive response to macroeconomic and competitive trends.
- Cross-Functional Transformation: Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to optimize go-to-market design and business agility.
- Crisis & Change Management: Take absolute ownership of complex, ambiguous challenges; navigate high-pressure crises with integrity, a bias for action, and scalable problem-solving.
High-Value Commercial Impact & Executive Sponsorship
- Elite Partner Relations: Build and maintain deeply trusted, direct C-level relationships with the top 10 highest-value partners, serving as their strategic point of contact to unlock mutual growth.
- Macro Revenue Influence: Consistently influence corporate revenue outcomes and secure high-stakes business commitments at the highest global levels.
Operational Excellence & Funnel Discipline
- Process Enforcement: Drive absolute operational rigor across all teams, ensuring flawless execution of CRM hygiene (HubSpot), pipeline management, and commercial playbooks.
- Accurate Forecasting: Own the predictability of the partner revenue funnel, establishing high accountability for accurate forecasting and target attainment.
- Systems Scaling: Architect and optimize performance models, KPIs, and data-driven systems to support predictable revenue growth and organizational scaling.
Talent Architecture & Culture Development
- Lead the Leaders: Coach, mentor, and elevate a team of Vice Presidents and pod leaders, fostering a culture of extreme ownership, psychological safety, and high performance.
- Succession Planning: Proactively develop the leadership pipeline, ensuring robust succession plans are in place for all critical management tiers.
- Public Representation: Serve as a trusted, high-fidelity representative of the company in public forums, investor relations, and media environments as required.
- Culture Carrier: Embody and champion the company’s core values, serving as a beacon of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Requirements
- Experience: 15+ years of professional experience in digital media, advertising, SaaS, or partner/channel management, with a minimum of 10+ years in executive-level management.
- Leadership Scope: Proven track record of managing multi-layered organizations, specifically leading other Vice Presidents and cross-functional directors.
- C-Suite Fluency: Demonstrated success interacting with Board members, C-level peers, and external enterprise stakeholders.
- Commercial Mastery: A history of owning substantial revenue numbers ($100M+) and driving aggressive, repeatable growth in high-velocity environments.
- Operational Rigor: Deep familiarity with modern revenue operations infrastructure (e.g., HubSpot, advanced forecasting tools, and pipeline data models).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
Location Information
This role is preferred to be located near our Denver, CO office, with hybrid work from home flexibility. Remote applicants also welcome.
Team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.
Compensation
We offer a competitive base salary commensurate with senior leadership experience, paired with a bonus structure tied to company growth and individual performance.
