Summary of Role
Now active in 5 countries and over 300 markets, the AdCellerant team is looking to hire a Channel Sales Specialist with a degree in business and/or marketing, interested in working for a fast-paced digital agency.
The Channel Sales Specialist will be responsible for representing AdCellerant thru a preferred partner channel. Specifically, this resource will be tasked with managing outreach efforts against a defined list of warm lead contacts in order to convert them into AdCellerant’s book of business. These prospects will span small multi-location businesses to international retailers. The role will require sales acumen, clear and consistent communication, and an ability to track progress and refine your approach.
In addition to these responsibilities, the person in this role will be trained on various vendor platforms and CRMs to effective show value internally and externally.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to manage outreach to a defined cohort list in order to maximize meetings set.
- Conduct meetings with cohort account leadership, including marketing managers, operations personnel, and C-suite members.
- Monitor account statuses from outreach to meetings set to accounts in negotiation to closes, while implementing refinements to each stage.
- Coordinate effectively with colleagues and leadership to identify upsell opportunities.
- Maximize outreach-to-meeting rates and log progress in HubSpot CRM.
- Surface client feedback, objections, and competitive insights to help refine go-to-market strategy.
- Consistently follow established outreach cadences while testing new messaging to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of meetings by proactively reengaging dormant opportunities and following up on open conversations.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of sales experience, demonstrating a track record of success
- Proven experience in marketing and advertising, preferably with a focus on SEO. Knowledge of the Yext platform is highly desirable
- Embodies an ownership mindset to navigate challenges with professionalism
- Exceptional ability to develop, consistently execute, and optimize repeatable processes
- Eagerness to learn and refine professional skillsets
- Adaptable and collaborative, comfortable working with diverse teams
- Experienced in delivering compelling presentations to senior executives
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office is mandatory
- Strong attention to detail
Location Information
This role is preferred to be located near our Denver, CO office, with hybrid work from home flexibility.
Team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.
Compensation
The total annual compensation range is $60,000 – $70,000 including salary and bonuses.
