DENVER, CO, Nov. 9, 2022–The Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG) announced that AdCellerant employee, Muhmmad Khan, placed fifth in its 2022 Go-Tober Company and Commuter Challenge.
With 64 companies and 596 individuals participating in the challenge, participants traveled an estimated 147,160 by modes other than driving, saving approximately 49.15 tons of carbon from being released into the atmosphere.
“AdCellerant believes in saving the planet for future generations,” said Muhammad Khan, a first-time participant in the Go-Tober Challenge. “We are working on our Scope 3 emissions, and Go-Tober was the perfect challenge. It demonstrated that the employees can work remotely or use alternate ways of transportation like biking, walking, or carpooling to reduce their GHGs.”
